GENERAL POLICY

• Saga Artistry's policy aims to provide clear guidelines and protocols for all artists to follow in order to ensure a safe and productive work environment. These policies cover areas such as workplace conduct, confidentiality, safety procedures, and professional ethics. It is mandatory for all collaborators and clients to familiarise themselves with these policies and adhere to them at all times. Any violations of company policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of your time with us. Saga Artistry reserves the right to update, modify, or add to these policies as needed to align with business objectives and legal requirements.

• Ensure you read your booking confirmations for times and address, we individually send out a reminder two days prior.

• If you decide to change or cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your 2 day reminder, we reserve the right to withhold any deposits made prior or incur a cancellation fee.

BOOKING

• All new clients are required to pay the percentage the artist requires for a deposit or 1 hours work.

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• If you do not pay your deposit in 24 hours from request your appointment will be removed.

CANCELLATION/LATE FEES

• Cancelling your appointment within less than 24 hours will forfeit your deposit, however if reschedule; it will forward to your next appointment.

• Rescheduling of more than 3x will forfeit your deposit and a new fully paid appointment will be required.

• Appointments later than 15 minutes or cancelled on the day will be reconsidered and at potential forfeit of deposit or full payment for last minute loss of business.

• We have a zero policy for consistent last minute cancellations and will be banned from booking if more than 3 times.

REFUNDS/REPAIRS

• We do not offer refunds.

• If you are unhappy with your service please reach out to the given artist for removal, fix or re-do.

• Complimentary re-dos will only be offered within 1-2 weeks.
