BOOKING

• Colour Appointments:
  A mandatory $85 consult fee (non-refundable) is required. If you proceed, an additional $100 deposit secures your booking—covering 1 hour of colour and deducted from your final bill

• Haircuts/Trims:
  A 50% deposit is required for all new haircut, side tidy, or fringe trim bookings

CANCELLATION

• Cancel within 2 days without rescheduling = deposit forfeited

• Cancel on the day = 100% of service cost due before rebooking

• Rescheduling is allowed, but more than 3 times = deposit forfeited

• To rebook after forfeiture = new $185 deposit required

REFUNDS & FIXES

• No refunds

• Contact Dylan within 4 weeks for adjustments

To maintain the highest standard of quality, consistency, and hair integrity for all clients, the following policy applies:

1. Commitment to Quality

My work is crafted with care, precision, and continuity in mind. Each colour, cut, and service is customised to your hair history, previous formulas, and long-term results.

2. No Corrections or Adjustments Over Another Stylist’s Work

To protect the integrity of your hair and ensure the standard of my results, I do not perform adjustments, corrections, or maintenance on hair that has been serviced by another stylist after your last appointment with me.

3. Why This Policy Exists

Working over another professional’s techniques, formulas, or methods can compromise:

• The condition and health of your hair

• The accuracy and predictability of results

• The consistency of your colour and overall look

• My ability to guarantee the quality of your service

This policy ensures you receive reliable, safe, and beautiful results every visit.

4. Booking Future Appointments

If you choose to see another stylist between appointments, you are always welcome to return in the future; however, you will be booked as a new client and a full consultation and pricing structure will apply. This ensures enough time, expertise, and care is dedicated to recreating a fresh plan for your hair.

5. Appreciation for Your Loyalty

I value every client who chooses to trust me with their hair. Thank you for respecting my professional standards and for supporting a high-quality salon experience.

My goal is always to give you the healthiest hair and the most beautiful, consistent results possible. To do that, I rely on knowing your full colour history, formulas, and the techniques I’ve used over time.

Because of this policy, I have a gentle but important message:

If I choose to no longer continue working with you. And it’s because another stylist has worked on your hair since your last appointment with me and I’m not able to continue maintenance or touch-up services.

It isn’t personal, This is simply because every stylist works differently, and I can only guarantee results when I’m working on hair I’ve personally cared for and coloured.
